Spanish Speaking CS Assistant
ArctX is looking for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team.
- Work closely with the manager to lead staff;
- Plan, coordinate & assign daily workload to customer service team;
- Assist in employee recruitment, training, disciplining, performance evaluation, promotion & termination activities;
- Provide back-up assistance to team members when needed;
- Organize employee schedule;
- Motivate employee & ensure a focus on the mission;
- Completing duties in case of the customer service manager’s absence;
- Supervise workers and ensure that every task are done correctly and all aspects of customer service are established well;
- Work on daily and monthly reports;
- Provide immediate delivery of necessary stuff to the team;
- Work with other departments to discuss team-related ideas.
- Proof of Undergraduate Degree
- Advanced Spanish (Argentinian type) is a must / including conversational skills
- Fluent in Armenian & good knowledge of English
- Experience in Customer Support sphere will be a plus
- Excellent managerial, communicational & problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented & organized
- Ability to accept criticism, collaborate & work well under pressure.
