Customer Support Specialist
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will provide support, build rapport & establish trust with customers. You will need to work professionally & efficiently while dealing with customers to maintain & drive great results in customer service. This role requires remarkable communication skills, quick thinking, and empathy. You must be positive, highly motivated, eager to learn, and open to adapting to changing priorities and customer needs.
- Provide customer support through LiveChat in APP;
- Manage and support with different payment processes ;
- Monitor and provide solutions to improve customer support service;
- Investigate suspicious activity;
- Collaborate with other APP-related departments;
- Be prepared to be flexible with working hours and work Saturdays and/or Sundays;
- Local support team management.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Customer Service Experience will be a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills – English or Korean
- Good problem solving and creative thinking skills with an ability to handle numerous details
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Results oriented with a passion for customer service and business results.
