Administrative Team Lead
ArctX team is looking for an experienced Administrative Team Lead who will be responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of all HR personnel administrative matters guided by the implemented HR procedures and policies.
- Create policies and procedures
- Run Automation part of paperwork and processes
- Design and keep updated HR documents, like employment contracts according to Armenian Labor law
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Work closely with the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).
- Proven work experience as an HR Administration role
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian Labor Law
- Working knowledge of 1C is required
- Working experience with HR softwares
- Computer literacy, good knowledge of MS Excel is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Degree in Human Resources, Sociology or a related field is preferred.
